At Ekkimekki, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order. Please review the policy below carefully to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement. Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be canceled. Because many of our products are made to order, we begin preparing your items shortly after checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is processed. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Changes:
Changes to an order, including product details, size, color, shipping address, or personalization information, may be requested within a short timeframe after the order is placed. Once production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing the checkout process, especially for custom or personalized items.

Non-Changeable Orders:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified in the following situations:

• The order has already been processed or shipped.

• The product is custom-made or personalized according to customer specifications.

• Incorrect information was provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
